Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a standard device only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is included for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited site names under one hosting user account. This is feasible due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable only in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must use 2 autonomous accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/management functionalities. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting CP choice.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered hosting Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your domain names in one single hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel interfaces do not supply such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and this is why they call for TWO autonomous hosting account logins: one domain management/billing/support user account and one site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
